Don't know what to make?

Picture
3 Scrap Scarves in all their glory!
Love my fibre colours but stumped on what to do with them? If you're a beginner, a good place to start is a structured project. The projects  I'm going to be offering on this site will go from basic to a little more challenging.

The first project, 'Scrap Scarf', uses a minimal amount of materials and equipment. It can be easily made in an afternoon, is warm and stylish and makes a terrific gift - what more could you want?

Or try the Anna Maria hat - quick and cosy if you've been caught out by the snow!

Spinners, check out the Navajo plying video  in Hints and Tips and then carry on with the Anna Maria Hat. Or fancy Thick and Thin Felted Yarn?  The Granny Square Beanie is the perfect showcase for this lightweight yet bulky yarn.

Or you might prefer a No-Spin Knit & Felted Scarf (beginners and beyond). Look out for the Bag It! Felt and Weave Bag  - coming soon. Later in the year, I'll be tackling a full sized felt garment - probably a jacket with matching hat, building on the techniques I've already introduced. So keep coming back to find out what's happening!
