Well it's all done and dusted - the competition is over and I've chosen a winner - Joanne Foot of Christchurch came up with 'Pukeko"! I love it, and the colour has been very popular too.
Because of the many exceptional entries, I've also decided to award a grab bag of wool to the two runner-up, Janice Eaton with 'Phosphoresence' and Karen McNair with 'Thor's Hammer' What a clever bunch you are! It was quite a task going through the entries and choosing the finalists. Thank you so much for taking part - I am amazed by how many entries I received. Coming up soon: I've begun dyeing new pastel shades of some of the colourways and these will appear on the site shortly. I'll try to get a new project 'thunk up' for winter - right now I'm waiting for delivery of my new video camera, which should make taking and posting videos to the web a lot easier. In the meantime, happy crafting! Kate
