Hi everyone
I recently spent a few days away in Nelson with my partner, who was working there. Unfortunately, I also took my camera with me and it was the only thing I left behind! So I wasn't able to take any photos of the two new colours that I listed when the site went up. He's back home now, bearing the camera, so I have been able to get the photos up in the shop and gallery. You'll find two new mixes - Fox River and Sing the Blues. These are both closely related to other colourways - I gave Tasman and the two "Ink" shades a little twist to come up with these ones. I notice there is now a 'Nuno felt' community on facebook for those of you who are "facebookers" http://www.facebook.com/pages/Nuno-felting/104887202881087 It's just starting but there are many more people now than when I first looked. Coming soon: some photos of my felting work, and, hopefully, some of yours! Happy Woolcraft!

So, the site is officially launched - sorry to those who tried to join the mailing list and got the error message - this is fixed now.
Many thanks to those of you who emailed me with compliments, support and good wishes! I already have photos for the upcoming gallery, so if you feel inclined, please send me yours! More dyeing today as the rain has stopped and contrary to expectations, we do NOT have a 2m snowbank around the house :) Well, it's raining cats and dogs here today - looks like it's not a very good day to spend out in the studio dyeing (think condensation!).
thanks good ness yesterday was sunny and warm - I have loads of wool ready to rinse and dry so I won't be bored. You'll now be able to shop online through the 'Buy now" page.Payment can be made through Paypal, a secure payment method. You can use several different payment methods, and you don't have to have a paypal account.
You'll find out more about shopping online on the new FAQ page as well. Have fun!!! |
